		<description>I especially like your discussion in this article regarding the three main soil nutrients and the contrast of using them with regard to organic composting versus modern fertilizers. I was unaware of some of the organic mixtures that produce nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium without the use of chemicals.  A lot of fuel for thought regarding the evolution of gardening and a very interesting well written article.</description>
